When on home screen of the device, press Screen Share as shown below:
You will see screen with some information, please note network (it should be showing wifi of your organization there ) for example MMAEC or WMAES-Private, etc.
And an IP address that your device has on the network. If you do not see IP address there, please reach out to your IT Support.
Next make sure you have the app downloaded on your computer, if you are using Windows computer you will need MSI installer and it will need to be installed by someone with Admin permissions, if you do not have admin permissions please reach out to your IT Support.
Once installed the app will show up on your desktop as shown below. Double click to launch.
The app will launch and you will either see your screen on the list like shown below or you can enter the IP Address that you saw on the screen on the board at the bottom and press arrow to connect.
You should be able to see Start Casting button once your computer is connected to the board.
Press cast and you will see your desktop on the board.
To stop casting you may need to click the little drop down arrow by the clock and then click on the tranScreen App
From there you can either stop or pause casting.
